1. What Happens When You Delete Your Data?
- Permanently remove your account from our system.
- Erase all personal information, order history, and related company data.
- Make the action irreversible — we won’t be able to recover your data once the deletion is confirmed.
2. How to request data deletion
If You Have Access to Your Account:
- Log in to your ORDERLAB account.
- Go to Account Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Click on Request Data Deletion.
- Confirm your request via the email sent to your registered address.
- Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
3. If You No Longer Have Access to Your Account:
If you’ve lost access or can’t log in, please contact us directly by email.
Send a message to: privacy@orderlab.com
Include the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Company name
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

- For security, we may verify your identity before processing the request.
